Tailored to you
Many clients get what they need out of 1 to 3 sessions. Others like to continue for a longer timeframe, to go deeper or to help establish their practice. Sessions will start and evolve based on the individual’s breathing functionality, needs, and desires. Some sessions focus on breathwork, others may involve movement as well. You can start with a free 15 minute initial consultation to learn more or ask any questions you have.
In person privates are $99 for an hour session. Online privates are $89 for an hour session. If cost is a barrier, please reach out and we’ll see if we can figure out something that works. Below are examples of how a private session could go, depending on what you’re goals are. Nicole teaches in-person privates at her home, 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne, VT.

Discuss breathing during workouts. Assess breathing function. Practice exercises to increase lung capacity and strengthen diaphragm & accessory endurance breathing muscles. Identify techniques to incorporate into your training routine to improve breathing efficiency and recover.
