To have easy and efficient breathing, you need to have good posture. At each class we’ll do a full body check-in and mini-practice, we’ll then focus on a different area of the body and explore how this connects to your breath and posture. $25

Increase your interoception or internal awareness and practice checking in, focus internally, not externally. Each class will be an exploration of your internal awareness through your breath, your heartbeat, and your sense of pressure, temperature, gravity, or tension in your body. We’ll try to have fun and explore our bodies with levity, no-judgment, and humor whenever possible. Through increasing your awareness of your breath, you can increase your self-regulation skills. 4-week class series is $75. You can join online or in-person. $75
