Explore breathwork to enhance self-awareness and improve your overall well-being. Unless specified, all are welcome. No experience necessary.
BREATHING FOR CHAMPIONS

Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, 3 weeks.
Online via Zoom. $45.
Get stronger through breathwork. Challenge yourself. Can you increase your lung capacity? How long can your exhale be? How slow can you breathe? How fast can you breathe? Utilize and explore all aspects of respiratory health to build resiliency and increase your performance. This class is suited to those who are healthy and are active. Join a session to experience breathwork or to help develop a regular practice. This is a great way to see what intentional breathing can be. All are welcome.

What is efficient breathing? How are you breathing? Learn the fundamentals of breathing science and practice techniques to notice your breathing habits. Through intentional breathing exercises, you’ll work to improve your breathing, and learn about yourself.
Each month will be slightly different and geared towards those new to breathwork. You could come to one or all four. All are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your breath.

EXPAND YOUR BREATHING SPACES
October 14, 21, 28, & November 4, 2025,
In-person, Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, 4 weeks.
At 880 Barstow Road, Shelburne, VT. $75.
Gentle movement and exercises to support your posture and rib flexibility. Discover and expand all your breathing spaces. Investigate your posture and bodily holding habits and how they impact your breath.
In-person class will be offered at new small studio space at The Breath and Balance, 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne. Max of 8 people. Please wear comfortable clothes you can move and lie down in.

What is your body saying? How do you know how you feel? Increase your internal awareness and develop your interoception skills. Each class will be an exploration of you through your breath, heartbeat, tension, and other body signals. We’ll try to have fun and explore our bodies with levity, no-judgment, and humor whenever possible. Read the Interoception Blog Post. Explore your breathing habits, increase your breathing efficiency, and move your body. Develop your breathing toolkit and learn techniques to calm down, create focus, and improve your performance. Each class will include the following: spinal & balance movements to create space for your breath, Information on your breath’s ability to influence your body, and exercises to increase your breathing efficiency and function. Each class will explore different breathing aspects.

6 week Class Series
ONLINE via ZOOM. $70.
Breathe to relax and unwind anxiety. Know that you are not an inherently anxious person, rather you may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety. The frequency of your anxious tendencies can change overtime. Through this class you’ll explore ways to shift the frequency of anxiety feelings. The live classes will also be recorded & shared to watch or rewatch at your convenience.

ART OF RELAXATION

Practice the art of relaxation. Soothe your body and soul. Relax and feel good, through a series of calming practices (breathwork, touch, sounds, movement, visualizations). You’ll want a space where you can stand, sit, and lie down. Please have a blanket or towel and pillow for props handy. Dress comfortably. .
