BREATHE TO RELAX
UNWIND ANXIETY
Tuesdays, 5:30-6:30pm, 4 session series.

Thinking “I need to relax” tends to not cause the body to relax. Yet you can take action to help the body feel safe, more connected, and allow for relaxation to happen. Relaxation is a skill that may not come naturally. Working with your thoughts, breath, touch, movement, and body, learn how to help yourself relax and be in the present moment. $60

BREATHE WITH YOUR BODY:
INTRO to EFFICIENT BREATHING
In-person, Sunday Morning, 10-11am,
Typically offered every 4-8 weeks
880 Barstow Road in Shelburne, VT.
Learn the fundamentals of breathing science and practice techniques to notice your breathing habits. You’ll learn about yourself and hopefully improve your breathing. $20

IMPROVE YOUR POSTURE & FREE YOUR BREATH
In-person, Saturday or Sunday 10am – 11:15am.
Typically offered every 4-8 weeks.
IN-PERSON at 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne
To have easy and efficient breathing, you need to have good posture. At each class we’ll do a full body check-in and mini-practice, we’ll then focus on a different area of the body and explore how this connects to your breath and posture. $25, 75 minutes.

Move, Breathe, & Relax:
Unwind from the day
Online via Zoom.
Monday nights, 8:30-9pm
Typically offered every 2-8 weeks.
Cost is by donation.
Stretch and settle into your body. Relax & Unwind. Each class will start with some gentle movement, transition to breathwork, and end with relaxation. You’ll want to have a comfortable place to sit and lie down. For some classes, it can be helpful to have a pillow, blanket, or towel to use as props.
