Conscious Circular Breathing

Connecting to and easing your breath is personal medicine. Cultivate self-awareness, support your internal healing, and improve your overall well-being.

Conscious circular breathing focuses on getting out of your head and into your body, an experiential practice where you will focus on your breath uninterrupted. This breathing technique is all about energy movement in the body using your breath as the tool to support your vitality.

Her current style is more science and mind based, helping you improve your breathing function. Nicole is excited to add a more body and experiential based breath technique to her offerings.

We’d start each session by checking in on what’s happening with you right now and how you feel in your body. We may have a conversation, practice some breathing exercises, or do some gentle body movement. After our initial check-in, I’d explain or review what conscious circular breathing is. A conscious circular breathing pattern involves eliminating the pauses after inhalation and exhalation. After I’ve answered your questions, Nicole would guide you using a conscious circular breathing pattern for 20-50 minutes. We’ll end with some grounding exercises. My goal is you’d leave feeling better, more connected, and more grounded than when you arrived.

You would participate in seven sessions, taking place roughly every 2-3 weeks starting after June 1, 2026 and completing by November 30, 2026.

We would pick dates and times that works for your and Nicole’s schedule. Each session would last around 90 minutes.

Sessions will occur in person at The Breath and Balance studio at 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne, VT

You would sign an agreement before we start, acknowledging that you are a practice client. You would also fill out an intake form at the beginning sharing any personal or medical information I should be aware of. After all 7 session are done, you would fill out two feedback forms about your experience working with me.

I ask that you respect and honor our time commitments. Please reschedule at least 24 hours in advance if you cannot make your appointment. Also if either of us are sick, we would reschedule your breathwork session.

Nicole is not a licensed medical provider. Nicole creates space for you to support your body and connect with your breath. Please consult your doctor if you have medical conditions or are not in good health.

Nicole is participating in a 2 year training and certification program (March 2025 – April 2027) with Tania Zuckerman through Spiraldance Breathwork in Maine. These practice sessions are part of her required training. I will take notes from our time together to review with my instructor. Our time and discussions together are confidential. I would not be sharing your name or identifying information about you with Tania.
