Monday, October 13, 8:30pm – 9 pm, Move, Breathe, & Relax
Thursday October 23, 5:30-6pm, Oxygen Advantage
Join a session to experience breathwork or to help develop a regular practice. This is a great way to see what intentional breathing can be. All are welcome. There are two classes each month. Oxygen Advantage is a little more vigorous. Move, Breathe, & Relax is more gentle.

MOVE & BREATHE CLASSES
Mondays 11am – 12pm: QiGong & Breathe (Virtual Q&B option)
Tuesdays 7:15 – 8am: Flow & Breathe (Virtual F&B option)
Wednesdays 5-6pm: Move & Breathe (Virtual M&B option)
Saturdays 8-9am: Essentrics® & Breathe (Virtual E&B option)
In-person at 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne or Online via Zoom
Classes start on October 20th.
We’ll move for roughly half the time and focus on intentional breathing for half the time. You can read more about how movement supports your breath on my blog. Classes are by donation for the month of October. $20 in November.

Improve your breath and you’ll improve your posture. In this series, you’ll access your posture, move your body, intentional breathe a variety of ways, and exercise to improve your posture and breath. Learn more about the connection between posture and breathwork on my blog.

BREATHE WITH YOUR BODY: INTRO to EFFICIENT BREATHING
In-person, Sunday Morning, 10-11am,
November 9 at 880 Barstow Road in Shelburne, VT.
Learn the fundamentals of breathing science and practice techniques to notice your breathing habits. You’ll learn about yourself and hopefully improve your breathing. $20
