INTRO TO BREATHWORK

Explore your breathing habits, increase your breathing efficiency, and move your body. Develop your breathing toolkit and learn techniques to calm down, create focus, and improve your performance. Each class will include the following: spinal & balance movements to create space for your breath, Information on your breath’s ability to influence your body, and exercises to increase your breathing efficiency and function. Each class will explore different breathing aspects.

BODY SENSE & BODY

What is your body saying? How do you know how you feel? Increase your internal awareness and develop your interoception skills. Each class will be an exploration of you through your breath, heartbeat, tension, and other body signals. We’ll try to have fun and explore our bodies with levity, no-judgment, and humor whenever possible.

BREATHING FOR CHAMPIONS
May 6, 13, 20, 2025,
Tuesdays 5:30-6:30pm, 3 weeks.
Online via Zoom. $40.
Get stronger through breathwork. Challenge yourself. Can you increase your lung capacity? How long can your exhale be? How slow can you breathe? How fast can you breathe? Utilize and explore all aspects of respiratory health to build resiliency and increase your performance. This class is suited to those who are healthy and are active.

Cost is by donation.
Join a session to experience breathwork or to help develop a regular practice. This is a great way to see what intentional breathing can be. All are welcome.

UNWIND ANXIETY,
BREATHE TO RELAX

ONLINE via ZOOM. $60.
Breathe to relax and unwind anxiety. Know that you are not an inherently anxious person, rather you may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety. The frequency of your anxious tendencies can change overtime. Through this class you’ll explore ways to shift the frequency of anxiety feelings. The live classes will also be recorded & shared to watch or rewatch at your convenience.

BREATHING, EMOTIONS,
& YOUR NERVES

Want to dig into the science of breathwork and your body? Want to try some breathing techniques and see how it feels in your body? Explore your nervous system, emotions, and breath in this 4 week online class. Identify your breathing habits, learn some tools for self-regulation, and engage in some gentle movement. You’ll want to be in a space where you can sit, stand, walk, and lie down for the different breathing exercises. Classes are a combination of lecture, breathwork practice, and Q&A. Live Online and Recorded through OLLI.
